Remembrance Sunday: 12 November 2023
Chesham Bois Remembrance Day Service is an important and well attended event in the village, held on the second Sunday in November every year. Brave servicemen and servicewomen who lost their lives in active service are remembered by residents.
The event begins with a service at St. Leonard’s Church and this is followed by a parade from the church along Bois Lane to the War Memorial, where wreaths are laid and a two minute period of silence is observed.
